• Tickets

Members open a ticket from a panel you designed and land in a channel with the right people in it. Topics decide the category and the roles. A topic can ask its own questions first, so the first reply is an answer instead of a question. One person claims a ticket, it can move to another team, and closing it writes a transcript that stays readable after the channel is gone. The panel can show how many of your team are around and how long the queue is.

• Dashboard

Your team signs in with Discord. Every message the bot sends can be styled in a visual message builder, without code or JSON. Insights show tickets per day, response and resolution times and which topics actually get used. Members never need an account anywhere.

• Access by request

The product is invite-only while it grows. Adding the bot from this page is not enough on its own: sign in at sorinaitickets.com, pick your server and request access. A person reads the request, and once it is approved the bot stays and the dashboard opens for that server. Every approved server starts on the Free plan.

• Languages

The bot's own lines and cards come in English and German. The assistant answers in whatever language a member writes.
