JustTickets

JustTickets is a ticket bot where every feature is free. Members open tickets from a panel, your staff handle them, and you manage everything from a web dashboard. There's no premium tier and no feature behind a paywall.

What JustTickets Brings to Your Server:

🎫 Panels & categories: Let members open tickets with buttons or dropdowns, split into as many categories as you need.

🛡️ Permissions: Control access by server, category, panel or role.

📝 Forms & templates: Ask questions before a ticket opens and reuse your setups.

⏱️ Auto-close & SLAs: Set response targets and close inactive tickets automatically.

📄 Transcripts & exports: Every ticket is saved, and you can export them to CSV.

📊 Analytics & ratings: Check response times, ticket volume, ratings and staff workload.

🗂️ Staff workspace: Notes, priorities, claiming and full ticket history.

🖥️ Web dashboard: Edit panels, categories and tickets without leaving your browser.

No per-server subscription, locked analytics and paid transcripts. What you see in the dashboard is what every server gets.
