Members open tickets from a button panel. Custos creates a private channel, notifies the right staff role, and keeps a record.

⚙️ Built to stay running

Custos owns the messages he posts and rewrites them in place when settings change — no reposting panels. Everything re-syncs on startup, so restarts and downtime heal themselves. Staff actions are logged to an audit channel.
