Crestly is a Discord bot and web platform that gives server administrators a single, unified toolkit for moderation, support tickets, custom commands, role icon design, and community management. Every moderation action -- warns, bans, kicks, timeouts, and user reports -- feeds into a numbered case system with evidence chains, premade templates, and escalation workflows. The ticket system supports multi-type panels with pre-ticket questions, priority levels, staff claiming, archival, transcripts, and post-close satisfaction reviews. A built-in icon editor lets you design SVG role icons in the browser with 200,000+ searchable icons, layer-based editing, and one-click application to Discord roles.

The platform is built with child safety as a core principle: every uploaded image is automatically scanned against the NCMEC CSAM hash list, and the /screen command lets moderators check suspicious content before manual review. These safety tools are free at every tier.

Crestly runs as a self-hosted Node.js bot with a Cloudflare Workers API, React dashboard, and automated Docker deployment. Pro tier customers can run the entire platform under their own Discord bot identity with zero Crestly branding, deployed automatically in under a minute.
