Concierge

Concierge is a complete Discord ticket and support system designed to help communities provide organized, reliable assistance. Create customizable ticket panels, categories, intake forms, application forms, staff roles, routing rules, naming patterns, transcripts, and reusable templates from a polished web dashboard. Staff can claim, escalate, reopen, archive, or close tickets while keeping a clear record of every conversation. Server owners can also review ticket history, staff feedback, support activity, and key analytics without managing everything through Discord commands.

Concierge also includes Alfred, an optional AI support assistant trained on your server’s own knowledge base. Alfred can answer common questions inside tickets, follow the context of the conversation and submitted form answers, then request the appropriate staff team when human help is needed. Servers that prefer traditional ticketing can disable Alfred and use Concierge as a fully featured helpdesk. Free servers receive unlimited tickets and the essential tools needed to run support, while paid plans add higher Alfred usage limits, live ticket controls, automation, custom commands, longer transcript retention, staff ratings, advanced forms, and other tools for growing support teams.
