Void Bot

Support, protection, and community—in one place

Void Bot helps staff run their Discord server with private tickets, moderation, and community tools. Start with guided setup in Discord using /config, or manage your server at https://voidbot.app.

Private support tickets

Create custom ticket types and issue forms, assign different staff roles to each type, and keep conversations private. Staff can claim, transfer, close, and reopen tickets. Closure transcripts preserve the conversation and closure reason.

Moderation and spam protection

Configure spam and mention protection, moderation rules, exceptions, and recorded cases to match your community. Discord role and channel permissions still apply.

Community tools

Create polls with /poll, events with /event, and suggestions with /suggest. Forms make submissions easy to complete.

Easy setup and a web dashboard

Guided setup can create ticket channels, categories, and staff roles. Each Discord server has its own settings. Manage ticket types, protection, AI assistance, backups, and staff access through the website.

Free core features, optional Premium

Tickets, moderation, community tools, backups, and local ticket assistance are included with Free. Premium adds ticket analytics and CSV reports, response targets, administrator transcript search and exports, and panel styling with reusable designs. See https://voidbot.app/pricing for current pricing and details.
