Veltrix

Veltrix is an all-in-one ticket bot and community toolkit for Discord servers. Build ticket panels with your own categories, intake forms and colours. Every ticket gets a private channel with Claim and Close buttons, priorities, ratings, working hours and auto-close. When a ticket closes, Veltrix can post an HTML transcript to a channel you choose and give you a public link to view it online.

Run staff applications through a clean web form or right in DMs. Set custom questions, review roles, accept and deny buttons, cooldowns, time limits, and an AI check that spots AI-written answers.

Turn on the optional AI assistant to answer questions from your server’s own rules and info channels. It learns your community, hands off to a human whenever someone asks, and can open a ticket with a summary.
