TradCoord

TradCoord is an onboarding and coordination bot designed for multilingual Discord communities. It helps administrators welcome new members, organize language-based spaces, and automate repetitive role management.

Main features

• Custom welcome messages — Greet new members with personalized text, user and channel mentions, and a direct button to the selected channel.

• Rules acceptance — Publish a persistent confirmation button, assign a chosen role after acceptance, record the action in a dedicated log channel, and guide members toward language selection.

• Language coordination — Create interactive messages with flag buttons so members can select or remove their language roles. TradCoord can create the required roles and configure access to the associated text, voice, forum, or stage channels.

• Bulk and automatic role assignment — Assign an existing role to current members and optionally automate it for new members or when a member receives their first role.

• Administrator controls — Configure each feature with slash commands and disable or update it whenever needed. TradCoord follows Discord permissions and role hierarchy, keeping server administrators in control.

TradCoord is suitable for international communities, gaming servers, support spaces, collaborative projects, and any server where members need to be directed to the right channels quickly.

Access is normally included with a server Premium subscription activated through TradLinker or TradAssist.
