If for any reason the bot stop changing the TIME please just run again /clock_setup

Commands:

/clock_setup <category> → Creates a category & clock channel

/clock_remove → Removes the clock

/event_setup <category> <name> <date> <time> → Creates event countdown

/event_remove <name> → Removes an event

/set_timezone <tz> → Sets server timezone
