The Appalachian Trail is a text-based horror survival game for Discord, inspired by Appalachian folklore and creepypasta traditions.

PREMISE

You are a thru-hiker attempting to walk all 2,190 miles of the Appalachian Trail—from Springer Mountain, Georgia, to Mount Katahdin, Maine. But something is wrong. The trail is too quiet. The other hikers don't seem right. And the creatures from old mountain stories? They're real.

• Dynamic Weather System — Storms force you to shelter and roll dice for your fate. The mountains decide.
• 6 Difficulty Tiers — From tutorial mode to permadeath. Each difficulty unlocks by completing the previous one.
• Leaderboards & Achievements — Compete for the highest score. The trail remembers everything.
• Adaptive AI (Higher Difficulties) — On expert modes, the game learns your patterns and adapts.
