🔹 Role-Based Alerts

• Configure a ping role in /dash for instant subscriber notifications.
• Specify an incident channel and Russian-language role: holders of this role will see bot interfaces (e.g., prompts) in Russian.

🔹 Manual Incident Management

• Command s!new-incident enables you to:

- Create notifications about outages, bugs, or updates. - Manually change the "Current Status" (auto-update disabled).

🔹 Smart Maintenance Scheduling

• Command s!schedule for semi-automated maintenance management:

- Pre-alerts: Status changes to "Upcoming Maintenance" on schedule.
- Auto-start: Updates status to "Under Maintenance" at designated start time.
- Manual closure: After completion, status reverts to "All Operational", but incident remains active until manually closed.

• Enable feedback in /dash → Setup → Feedback: users can report issues during maintenance.

📝 How It Works

1. Initial Setup - Use /dash to configure: - Ping Role: Mentioned in all alerts. - Incident Channel: For posting updates. - Russian-language role (optional): Activates Russian interface. - (Optional) Connect your service-status API for full automation.

2. Incident Management
- Enter s!new-incident to create/update notifications.
- Important: "Current Status" changes only when sending new notifications.

3. Maintenance Operations
- Enter s!schedule to plan downtime. The bot will:
- Publish "Upcoming Maintenance" on schedule.
- Switch status to "Under Maintenance" at start time.
- Revert to "All Operational" post-maintenance (incident stays active until manual closure).
