Server Valet

Two commands. That's the whole manual.

Server Valet runs your server's moderation, tickets and member profiles without a wall of commands. Staff type /staff, members type /user, and everything else is buttons, menus and short forms.

For your staff

• Member profiles with roles, join date and moderation history on one card
• Warnings, timeouts, kicks and bans in a few clicks, each with a reason, a DM to the member and a log entry
• Banish locks someone into one channel while you talk it through, then gives their roles back
• Tickets from a one-click panel. Claim them, add people, close with a reason, reopen, and keep a full transcript
• Searchable logs posted to the channels you choose

For your members

• /user shows their profile, lets them fill in their details and explains everything with a Help button
• Contact Staff opens a private ticket with your team

Set up in minutes

Type /staff and press Setup Guide. Every step has a button straight to the right page and ticks itself off when it's done. Prefer to read first? Our website walks you through every screen.

Your messages stay yours

Server Valet never stores what people say in your server. It keeps IDs, your settings and the records your staff create. Everything is deleted if you remove the bot.

Free and Premium

Every moderation tool, tickets and profiles are free. Premium lets you write your own types for warnings, tickets and more, rewrite every message and DM, add profile questions and show unlimited role sections. Activity tracking, ranks, events and automations are coming soon.
