RP - Executive

AC RP Executive Bot is built for Discord roleplay servers that need professional faction management. It brings four powerful modules together — time tracking, absence management, dispatch coordination, and staff hierarchy — all managed through Discord's modern Components V2 interface.

> ⏱️ Time Tracking
> A live clock panel lets staff clock in and out with a single button press. Track active sessions, pause for breaks, and resume when ready. The panel updates in real-time showing all currently active staff with their elapsed time. Weekly and all-time leaderboards rank staff by total hours worked. Configurable inactivity reminders automatically nudge staff who forget to clock out, and can auto-clock-out after a response timeout. Premium unlocks separate log channels for clock-in, clock-out, and reminder events.

> 📋 Absence Management
> Staff can submit absences with start/end dates and a reason through an interactive user panel. Admins see all absences in a separate admin panel where they can approve, reject, edit, or delete entries. Absences cycle through statuses automatically — pending, upcoming, active, expired, archived. Premium unlocks recurring absences for weekly schedules. Six separate log channels track every action — user submitted, user edited, user deleted, admin created, admin edited, admin deleted.

> 🚔 Dispatch System
> A live dispatch panel shows active dispatchers and patrol units. Dispatchers sign in and out to indicate availability. Create patrol units with callsigns, locations, statuses, and members. Quick-edit any patrol directly from the panel. Customize patrol statuses with emojis (Available, On Patrol, Responding, Off Duty, or your own). Premium increases limits to 2 dispatchers, 25 patrols, and up to 10 custom statuses, plus separate log channels for dispatcher and patrol events.

> 👥 Staff Overview
> A live panel displays all staff members grouped by rank in a configured hierarchy. Hire new staff by assigning roles, fire by removing all staff roles, and promote/demote by swapping ranks. The bot validates role positions and warns about permission issues. Premium enables additional auto-add/remove roles on hire/fire and custom announcement messages.
