Random Number Generator

Random Number Generator does one thing well: returns a random whole number inside the range you choose, both ends included. /random minimum:1 maximum:100 is a die roll, a giveaway winner, a coin-flip between two people — anything. If your minimum is higher than your maximum it says so plainly instead of guessing. No setup, no permissions, no data stored: it only reads the two numbers you type, and answers.
