So, this is Rain.
I've been building her for... honestly I've lost track. I think since like 2020. I have videos of it lol What started as "I'll just make a simple Discord bot" turned into this massive thing with AI voice, a full economy, cross-server matchmaking, gear cards, a lore system, and like 40 other features I added at 3 AM because I thought "wouldn't it be cool if..."

And yeah. I think it's pretty cool. Anyway.

She's an actual AI, not a command menu
Rain runs on a solid LLM because I only hate water a little bit. She has a personality of her own or you customize. She's chill, she's a little sarcastic, she remembers context. Talk to her in text, she talks back like a person. But the thing I'm most proud of? She joins your voice channel, listens with speech recognition, and responds through her own AI-generated voice. I spent an embarrassing amount of time getting that to work and I will never shut up about it.

She also does AI-powered welcome DMs for new members — like, personalized ones where she actually knows your server and tells people where to go. And /tldr summarizes entire channels so you don't have to scroll through 200 messages to figure out what happened while you were gone.

Cross-server LFG — this one's my baby
Okay so this is the feature I genuinely haven't seen any other bot do. You run /lfg game: CSGO activity:"Casual" spots:4 and Rain broadcasts it to every single server that has Rain with LFG enabled. Someone from a completely different community clicks Join. Rain creates a temporary thread for the party, DMs everyone each other's usernames, and generates a one-time server invite so people can actually coordinate. When the LFG expires? Thread deletes itself. Clean. No bloat. I'm really proud of this one.

Economy that actually has depth
Daily check-ins with streak bonuses where Rain gives you a different in-character comment every day. Coinflips and tavern dice gambling. A hunting and gathering system for raw materials. A crafting workshop with recipes. A store. Leaderboards. Currency is called Uni and people in my server are weirdly competitive about it now.

Built for gamers, because that's what I needed
I play BDO. I needed gear cards. So I built gear cards — 3-page profiles with stats, detailed combat numbers, and lifeskill tracking. But can work for any game at all. Leaderboards sorted by gear score. A community lore system where anyone can submit game knowledge, people vote on it, and you can search it all. Event signups with party-based rosters and attendance tracking so officers can see who's actually showing up.

All the other stuff
30+ achievements, some hidden. Full moderation —> warnings, ticket system, staff applications. Reaction roles. Dynamic voice channels. Polls and giveaways. Music player. Proper cooldowns on everything so people can't abuse it. Permission checks on every admin command.

Why is it free?
Because I got tired of every bot locking basic features behind a paywall. "Oh you want welcome messages? $5/month. Reaction roles? Premium." Nah. Rain does all of it. Every feature, every server, no paywall. I built this because I wanted my community to have something great, and then I figured... why not let everyone else have it too. Sh*ts not free so maybe buy me a coffee or I'll go EA and add some way to keep it online if it get's too popular.
