Platinum is a modern Discord bot for moderating, managing, and engaging your communities. Currently, the bot is in an early-stage release while we focus on creating the infrastructure to expand in the future.

Tickets: give your server members an easy way to contact your staff team, with customizable categories for directing users to different people on your staff team and a powerful online transcript viewer.

Tags: designed for larger servers or support servers, save responses to commonly asked questions and send them with just a command.

Starboard: allow your community to highlight their favorite messages across your server by reacting with a star, and Platinum will handle sending them to your starboard channel when there is enough reactions.

Welcome: invite new members to your server the right way, with a customizable welcome message, and roles that are automatically applied to new members.

Persisted Roles: make it so users can retain the roles of your choosing after leaving your server if they ever decide to join back.

Reaction Roles: allow members to opt in to roles through a simple reaction in any channel of your choice, giving you more control over who can get what role on your server.
