###DiscordNext — Support, modernised

A ticket system for the communities that actually live on Discord. Pick a category, assign a staff role, done — no !setup dance.

## What's in the box

• Ticket panels — buttons/dropdown embeds built on Components V2 (accent bars, native selects, per-category load indicator).
• Private ticket channels — own channel + separate staff-only thread the member never sees.
• Workflows — multi-step follow-up questions per category; staff opens a pre-filled summary.
• Transcripts — on close, the full ticket (incl. staff thread) is posted to your archive as a file.
• Manage from the channel — claim, transfer, priority, members — via button or slash command.
• SLA promises — committed first-response times per category, with staff reminders.
• Custom bot identity — on higher tiers, bring your own bot token.
