Mod Warden Suite

ModWarden Suite
Moderate · Welcome · Secure

ModWarden Suite keeps your server safe and welcoming, with a web panel at mwsbot.app where your whole staff team works together.

🛡️ Moderation

• Warn, timeout, kick and ban, each a numbered case with a full history
• Evidence on every case: screenshots, links, notes, plus the member's recent messages saved automatically
• Warning limits that time members out automatically
• User Lookup with private staff notes and invite tracking

📨 Modmail

• Members DM the bot to reach your staff privately
• Replies arrive as "Staff Team", so no staff names are shown
• Claim, escalate to senior staff, internal notes and full transcripts
• Role requests handled in the same conversation

🔒 Protection

• Spam filter for mass mentions, repeats, floods and invite links
• Honeypot channel that catches hacked accounts and spam bots
• Raid alerts for unexplained join bursts
• Blocked links, deleted without a trace

👋 Community

• Welcome messages and an auto role
• Levels and XP with rank cards, reward roles, streaks and double-XP events
• Staff applications on the website, with votes, notes and trial periods
• Giveaways with prizes claimed on the website, event RSVPs with reminders
• Suggestions with voting, reaction roles, a starboard, and counting, one-word story and emoji channels

📋 Logs and reports

• Audit log of edits, deletions, joins, leaves and staff actions
• Server reports and staff activity
• Bot status with alerts when something needs attention

⚙️ Built for staff teams

• Staff tiers with a permissions table: each tier sees only what it can use
• Setup checklist, settings search, and a check of the bot's permissions in each channel with one-click fixes
