Metabans

Metabans brings your game servers into Discord. Connect the bot to your Metabans panel and your staff can watch, moderate and look players up without leaving Discord.

Supported games: Battlefield 2, Bad Company 2, BF3, BF4 and Hardline, Rust, Minecraft, Counter-Strike 2, Call of Duty 4 and 7 Days to Die.

Live feeds

• Chat, kills, joins and leaves from your servers, posted to the channels you choose
• Server status at a glance

Moderate from Discord

• /kick, /ban, /unban, /mute, /warn and /broadcast, sent straight to the game server
• /punish, /forgive and /infractions for your warning ladder
• Discord roles map to your panel roles, so staff can only do what their panel permissions allow
• Every action lands in your panel's audit log under the staff member's name

Look things up

• /player for a player's history, and /servers for what's live right now
• /watchlist to keep an eye on repeat offenders
• /pbss for PunkBuster screenshots on Battlefield servers

Players and support

• /appeal and /ticket let players reach your staff from Discord

Athena, the AI assistant

Ask /athena about your players, bans and servers in plain English. She answers from your own community's records and respects each asker's permissions. Available on the Sentinel plan and up.

Getting started

1. Create a free community panel at metabans.com (no card needed) 2. Add your game server with its RCON details 3. Invite the bot and run /link with the one-time code from your panel
