Public commands

These can be used by anyone.

/help - Basic setup and usage information.

/ticket view - View a ticket's history.

/ticket reply - Reply to an existing ticket.

/ticket close - Close a ticket.

Support group commands

These can only be used by members of a server's support group.

/blocklist add - Add a user to a server's ticket block list.

/blocklist remove - Remove a user from a server's ticket block list.

/quickrespond - Send a quick-response message as a reply to an existing ticket.

/quickresponse view - Lists information about available quick-responses in a server's catalog.

Server admins

These can only be used by server administrators (members with access to the "Administrator" privilege).

/changesetting - Change a Mailory setting for a server.

/quickresponse set - Adds a new quick-response to a server's quick-response catalog.

/quickresponse delete - Deletes a quick-response from a server's quick-response catalog.

/supportgroup create - Create a new support group for a server.

/supportgroup delete - Deletes an existing support group from a server.
