LobbyForge

Group-finding for Discord that looks like your game, not like a bot.

Your members press a button, get a temporary voice channel with a live roster,
and the channel cleans itself up when everyone leaves. No leftover channels, no
admin babysitting, no "who's still in VC?"

The part nobody else does: you design the lobby yourself. Your dropdowns,
your fields, your colours, in a web dashboard — then publish it live.

---

For your members

• One button to start. Or join the hub voice channel and get a room

instantly.

• Say what the game needs. Mode, region, mic, skill — whatever your layout

asks for.

• Extra slots. Friends can sit in voice without taking a party spot.
• A roster that keeps itself current. Updates within seconds. Nobody

refreshes anything.

• Channels that disappear on their own once empty.

For you

• A real designer, not a config file. Build the embed your players see —

fields, tokens, colours, images, button styles.

• Ten ready-made options to drop in: language, region, platform, mic,

crossplay, session length, play style, game mode, map, difficulty. Or start
from blank.

• Publish and it's live. Open lobbies repaint themselves. No restart, no

re-invite, no reposting the panel.

• Set up before you install. Sign in, design your layout, see it rendered —

the bot only gets invited when you're ready to publish.

The preview is the real thing

Most dashboards show you an approximation and hope it matches. LobbyForge sends
your draft to the same rendering code the bot uses to post in Discord, and
shows you the result. There is no second renderer to drift out of sync.

What you design is exactly what your players get.

No privileged intents

LobbyForge asks for guilds and voice_states. That's it.

The Server Members intent — the one that gates Discord verification and reads
your member list — was deliberately dropped. The roster comes from who's
connected to voice. Your member list stays yours.
