Levler

Levler is a leveling tool that server staff can take advantage of to control the way their servers activity is measured for the bot, with the ability to alter the rate of xp gain, the rate of growth/decay, and the base xp gain. There is no cooldown between messages, as the server staff can set a growth rate that will ultimately make leveling up as slow as 1xp every 100 messages if we were to include it as a feature.
