leet_bot

LeetBot brings competitive programming updates directly to your Discord server.

Available Feeds

• LeetCode Daily Challenge — Stay updated on the daily problem.
• LeetCode Upcoming Contests — Get upcoming LeetCode contest announcements.
• Codeforces Upcoming Contests — Keep track of upcoming Codeforces contests.

Configure Announcement Channels

Only members with Discord's Manage Server permission can configure feeds.

Go to the channel where you want announcements to appear and run:

/set-channel feed:<feed name>

Choose one of these feed names:

• LeetCode Daily
• LeetCode Contests
• Codeforces Contests

The bot automatically saves the channel where you run the command. Each feed can use a different channel, or all feeds can share the same channel.

Server-specific configuration: Each Discord server has its own settings, so configuring feeds on one server never affects another.

Member Commands

Available to all server members:

• /status — Privately displays the announcement channels configured for your server.
• /health — Privately shows the bot's online status, latency, and uptime.

Announcement Schedule

Configured feeds are checked and posted daily at 12:00 AM IST (Asia/Kolkata).

LeetBot remembers previously sent announcements to prevent duplicate posts for the same daily challenge or upcoming contest.

Required Bot Permissions

The bot needs the following permissions in every configured announcement channel:

• View Channel
• Send Messages
• Embed Links
• Create Public Threads
• Send Messages in Threads

If any required permissions are missing, /set-channel will not save the channel and will explain which permissions need to be granted.
