Jiri Support

Jiri Support is a Discord ticket tool (ticket bot) powered by Jira Service Management (JSM). Let users report bugs and get help without leaving Discord.

Why JSM? It gives you a real help desk backend (queues, SLAs, automations, custom fields) instead of "just another Discord ticket bot".

What you can do:

- Add a ticket panel in a channel (buttons like "Report bug", "Suggest improvement", "Technical support")
- Create tickets from Discord which opens a private thread and creates a JSM ticket automatically
- Turn chat into real work with Create ticket from message (right-click a message -> create support ticket)
- Keep the conversation connected to Jira with Manage tickets as support
