JEFIT

Share your workout logs and new PRs directly on Discord with the Jefit bot! Add Jefit to your server and easily share your latest stats and logs with friends. Auto assign roles based on the number of workouts completed or the amount lifted.

Jefit is a mobile fitness app which helps you plan, track, and log your workouts. Now it works with discord so you can share your fitness journey with friends!

Features:

-Report your last workout log in a text channel by typing /Jefit. Workout log includes weight/reps/sets, links to the exercises completed (complete with video demonstrations), and a link to your Jefit account.

-Display your 1RM for the big three (bench/squat/deadlift) directly on your Discord profile

-Display your fitness assessment results directly on your Discord profile

-Display your total workouts logged on your Discord profile

-Assign a role to server members if they meet the fitness requirements designated by the server owner (1RM for bench/squat/deadlift above a certain amount, number of workouts logged, fitness assessment results, etc)

Track your workouts to see progress faster and share it with your discord friends along the way! Both the mobile app and discord app are free to use! You can find workout plans, demonstrations of exercises, build your own plans/custom exercises, view advanced analytics from your workouts and more.
We also have monthly/quarterly challenges and a social media element to our app so you can see how others are tackling their fitness journey.
