Hootloot watches any web page and tells you the moment something actually happens on it — a restock, a price drop, a size coming back, a new listing.

Paste a URL with /watch. Hootloot reads the page right away, works out on its own whether it needs a full browser to see it properly, and then shows you exactly what it can read: "$32.00 · In stock · sizes S". No guessing whether the watch is aimed at the right thing.

Then pick what to watch for. There are seven options, and they track the page's real state rather than hunting for keywords:

Price drops — only when it gets cheaper, with the exact numbers ($145.00 to $120.00, down 17%)
Any price change — up or down
Back in stock — a genuine sold-out to available transition
Sold out — the moment something disappears
Size availability — tracks which sizes are actually buyable, and can ping you for only your size
New items added — watch a collection page and hear about new arrivals
Any change — watch the whole page and let AI describe what moved

Most page watchers just compare text and fire on anything, which means a shuffled recommendations carousel wakes you at 3am. Hootloot reads the structured product data behind the page instead, so it only alerts on a change that matters.

And when a page hides its data somewhere Hootloot can't reach, it says so plainly and falls back to watching for any change — rather than quietly never firing while you assume it's working.

Alerts arrive in a channel or your DMs, with a link straight to the page. Set quiet hours and anything that lands overnight is held, not dropped — it reaches you when quiet hours end. Prefer one summary to a stream of pings? Switch to a daily digest at the hour you choose. Pause or snooze any watch straight from the alert, and un-snooze it the second you change your mind.

If a site goes down, Hootloot backs off and keeps retrying. When the site comes back, your watch picks up where it left off.
