Turn signups into turnout. Most event bots collect RSVPs and stop there. Holler tracks who actually showed up, learns who tends to flake, and nudges the right people before it costs you the raid.
Turn signups into turnout:
Most event bots collect RSVPs and stop there. Twelve people say yes, eight turn
up, and nobody finds out until the raid is short two healers.
Holler closes that loop. It runs your events, records who actually showed, and
uses that history to tell you what to expect next time.
1. Post an event. /h raid friday 8pm 2 tanks 6 dps reads plain language
and previews before it posts. Or use the full form, the dashboard, or the API.
2. Members sign up. Custom options with per-option capacity, role
restrictions, and FIFO waitlists. When a seat opens, the next person is promoted
and told automatically.
3. They check in. At event time the embed grows an I'm here button. One
tap turns an RSVP into a fact. Members build streaks; the embed shows a flame
next to their name at three or more.
4. You learn from it. Show rates, streaks, and per-member reliability build
up on their own, then feed the forecast and the reminders.
What no other event bot does:
Turnout forecasts. "12 confirmed, 8.4 expected", broken down per signup
option, computed from your server's own attendance history. Overbook on purpose
instead of by feel.
Smart reminders. A reminder that pings everyone teaches everyone to ignore
reminders. Smart mode mentions only the members whose history suggests they
might not make it, plus anyone with no history yet. Everyone reliable is left
alone.
Delivery receipts. Every reminder writes a per-recipient log: sent, failed,
or skipped with the reason, each timestamped. If someone says they never got
pinged, that question has an answer.
Holler requests no privileged intents and reads no message content. It
cannot see your messages, your member list, or who is in a voice channel. It
only receives what someone deliberately sends it: a command, a button press, a
form.
Stored data is Discord IDs and participation records. Nothing else. A server's
data is deleted 30 days after uninstall, and members can request deletion at any
time.
Free covers one server: unlimited events and recurring series, capacity and
waitlists, check-in, streaks, personal show rate, calendar feeds.
Pro ($6.99/mo) adds turnout forecasts, smart reminders, unlimited signup
options with per-option caps, no-show analytics, unlimited history, and API
access.
Org ($19.99/mo) links up to 15 servers under one subscription with a shared
roster, combined calendar, and member reliability aggregated across all of them.
