Helga The Manager

Helga has two tiers available, Basic and Premium.

When you invite Helga to your server you'll automatically be given a free 30 day premium trial.

Helga now supports having multiple teams, or a team playing multiple games on one discord server. This is useful for organisations having a centralised discord as a base of operations.

Helga will help the team leaders in the organisation stuff such as getting each team member's availability for the week by automatically posting the availability posts for the following week (if the feature is enabled) and scheduling matches and practices with other teams. Helga will make sure to notify the attending players for a match or practice, about any changes that occur or when the event is about to start.

Helga creates threads on each event depending on the configured time (that is chosen by the team's bot admins) to allow teams to keep everything related to the event in one place and easy to find in the future.

In addition Helga allows teams to share the event details with one of the other team's member even though they don't use helga (as long as they are in one of the servers helga is in. they will also be able to put in some details such as the maps they want to play, lobby details, etc.

If the other team uses helga, they will be shown in the selection and once the team scheduled the event, it will be created on both teams' servers and the events will be synched together meaning that if one of the teams change details, they will be immediately affected on the other team's event. The other team is also notified about changes that occur.

Another feature is the use of reservists. If the team needs a player that is not part of the team, they can ask a reservist to join and they will also be listed in the event. The reservist will have to accept the event from a private message that helga sends by just clicking the "accept" or "decline" button.

The teams can keep track of each player's KD by inputting the stats after a match has been played. This information will be used to calculate the probability of winning against a certain team with the specific roster.

The team will receive predictions on how they will perform against a specific team per map played against them depending on past events. One of the graphs includes win predictions per map depending on the members that are selected in the roster against that specific team.

The team will benefit with a historical match result, automatic voice creation for the specific event, and members can be selected by the bot depending on their stats.

Admins of the bot can opt-in to receive notifications when their team members change their availability for a particular event.
