Heartline

Heartline brings anonymous expression to Discord communities in a safe, structured way. Built by Hydra Labs LLC, it lets users post confessions across four categories — General, Vent, Advice, and Celebrate — directly into forum channels as threaded posts, each assigned a unique ID.

Every confession and reply passes through a three-tier AI moderation pipeline before going live. Self-harm content is held for staff review, crisis resources are automatically sent to the user, and threatening content is silently blocked — all before anything reaches the public channel.

Replies are fully anonymous too, keeping the conversation safe and open without exposing anyone's identity. Users can report any confession or reply by ID or right-click context menu, with reports routed directly to the Hydra Labs moderation team.

Behind the scenes, Heartline is connected to Lerna — Hydra Labs LLC's shared moderation system — meaning bad actors are banned across every Hydra Labs bot, not just Heartline.
