About

GW Tournament Registration is a purpose-built Discord bot for Guilds that run regular Automated Tournaments (AT) and Monthly AutomatedTournaments (MAT). It takes care of the repetitive parts — posting sign-up messages at the right time, collecting RSVPs, and reminding players — so officers can focus on actually playing.

Drop the bot into your server, run the 30-second setup wizard, and you're done. Everything is pre-configured with sensible defaults; only the announcement channel really needs your input. (we suggest you make a dedicated channel for it).

What it does

  • Automated tournament announcements. The bot posts a sign-up message in your chosen channel for every tournament you've enabled — ATA (morning), ATB (afternoon), ATC (evening), and MAT (3rd Saturday of the month). The MAT message only fires on the correct Saturday, so your channel stays clean.
  • One-click RSVPs. Each announcement comes with three buttons: Playing, Not playing, Late. Players click once and the message updates live with the current roster. No threads, no reactions to count manually.
  • Localized times for every player. Tournament times are sent as native Discord timestamps, so each user sees them in their own timezone and language automatically — no more "wait, is that CET or UTC?" conversations.
  • Bilingual interface (English & French). Every message, button, command description, and confirmation is fully translated. Pick the server-wide language during setup; individual command replies follow each user's Discord client locale.
  • Flexible scheduling. Choose when announcements go out: N hours before each tournament (1h / 3h / 7h / 12h) for a just-in-time reminder, or a fixed daily hour (08:00, 09:00, 12:00, or 18:00 Europe/Paris) if your guild prefers a predictable morning briefing.
  • Manual commands when you need them. /ata, /atb, /atc, /mat let any member post a sign-up on demand. /reminder pings the channel about the next tournament of the day with a localized countdown.
