Gorilla Tag Updates

This tracks Gorilla Tag updates on Steam automatically and sends update notifications to channels when they happen along with the Unity version, game version, and patch notes via SteamDB.

You can add a channel to receive update notifications with /set_channel. Provide a channel, and it will receive a welcome message. Remove a channel at any time with /del_channel.
