Gatekeeper helps Discord communities control access with a clean registration and review process.

New members are given a Pending Recruit role and can only see your onboarding channels. They complete a registration form, choose whether their community is Modded or Vanilla, and provide their Discord username, community name, organisation leader, server description, and best VC times.

Applications are sent to your admin review channel, where staff can review, add notes, book a voice interview, accept, or deny the applicant. Once accepted, Gatekeeper removes Pending Recruit and gives the Member role, unlocking the rest of the server.

Gatekeeper is ideal for gaming communities, Arma Reforger servers, clans, milsim/chillsim groups, PvP networks, modding communities, and private Discords that want proper access control before letting people in.
