Getting general information about the war and rendering maps with team colors!
The world conquest, in your Discord server.
Foxhole's war moves constantly, and the map is where all of it is legible — who holds what, where
the front bent overnight, which hex is about to matter. FoxholeWarBot renders that map live from
the official Foxhole War API and puts it in the channel where your regiment is already talking,
so nobody has to alt-tab to find out what happened.
Maps, rendered live
/get-map draws any of the 53 regions with its current base ownership, relic bases, town halls
and industry, straight from the war API. Text labels are optional — off by default, on when you
want to name what you're pointing at.
/full-map renders the entire world map: all 53 hexes composited onto one image, the whole
front in a single picture. Free for everyone, as often as you like. Turn on faction tint and each
hex is shaded by whoever holds it, so the shape of the war is readable at a glance.
The war behind the map
/war-report gives casualties, enlistments and the day of war for any region. /war-state
gives the global picture for your shard — Able, Baker or Charlie, set once per server.
Reports that arrive on their own
/schedule-report posts a map to a channel on a recurring schedule: every 30 minutes through
weekly, or a custom cadence if you know exactly what you want. Pick a time and a timezone from a
list — no cron strings, no syntax to get wrong — and the bot shows you the next three times it
will fire before it saves anything, so a schedule can't quietly mean something you didn't
intend. Daylight saving is handled; a report set for 18:00 stays at 18:00 when the clocks move.
Scheduling the whole world map is the one thing that needs asking first, through/request-full-map-schedule. It's a short form and a queue, not a price: a scheduled world map
re-renders every region on a timer, so it's worth knowing where they're going. **No payment is
involved and there is no paid tier** — /full-map on demand stays free and unlimited for
everyone, and single-region schedules need no approval at all.
Set up once
/set-guild-settings takes your shard, your timezone, whether replies are visible to the channel
or only to you, and the map tint. Everything else follows from that. /schedule-help explains
how schedules are timed, in the client, whenever you need it.
What it stores
Per-server settings and your scheduled reports. No message content, no member lists, no personal
profile data, no payment data. The full list is in the privacy policy, and it's short.
Free and open
