ElderBot

ElderBot rolls dice for Vampire: The Masquerade 6th Edition using the official playtest rules, so your table can focus on the story instead of the math.

How rolls work

• Pool = Attribute + Skill, minus Difficulty (never below 0), plus any bonus or Quickening dice
• Every die showing 8 or more is a success; each success beyond the first is an extra success
• No successes and at least one 1 is a Painful Failure, with buttons to Choose Your Pain
• Every 10 grants 1 Quickening (up to 5)
• Dice are shown as large icons with their numbers: skull for 1, grey dot for failures, green ankh for successes, bright ankh for 10s

Buttons for the rules that matter at the table

• Overqualified: take a basic success without rolling when 4+ dice remain
• No Dice Left: accept the failure and gain Quickening and Drama
• Devil's Bargain: once per scene, the Storyteller can turn a failure into a success at a cost
• Try Again: reroll once at +1 Difficulty, where any failure is painful

Table tracking
Each channel is its own table, with its own Storyteller. ElderBot tracks every player's Quickening and the Storyteller's Drama, scene traits that add or remove dice, and prolonged tests across rolls. Start a session, move to a new scene or wrap up the game with a single command.
