EarthLink connects EarthMC accounts to Discord using EarthMC’s official account-linking system. Server owners can automatically assign roles and nicknames based on a player’s town, nation, leadership position, or Towny rank, with flexible bindings for any EarthMC community.

Members simply run /verify to sync their Minecraft identity and receive the correct Discord roles. EarthLink also includes guided setup, verification panels, bulk role updates, automatic syncing, and customizable nickname formats, making it easy to keep EarthMC Discord servers organized, accurate, and up to date.

Account Verification

• Uses EarthMC’s official Minecraft-to-Discord linking system.

Automatic Role Syncing

EarthLink can automatically assign or remove Discord roles based on:

• Verified EarthMC account

• Town membership

• Nation membership

• Mayor status

• Nation leader status

• Town ranks

• Nation ranks

• Membership or rank in any EarthMC town or nation, not only the server’s primary community

Guided Role Bindings

• Simple /bind setup process.

• Select the EarthMC condition.

• Choose the applicable town, nation, or rank.

• Select the Discord role to grant.

• Optionally set a nickname format for that specific binding.

• Multiple bindings can use the same Discord role.

• Individual bindings can be removed without breaking every rule connected to that role.

• Bindings can be paused or resumed with one toggle command.

Nickname Management

• Automatically formats Discord nicknames using EarthMC information.

• Supports server-wide nickname formats.

• Supports optional nickname formats for individual bindings.

• When multiple nickname rules apply, EarthLink uses the format connected to the member’s highest Discord role.

• Formats can include information such as:

• Minecraft username

• Town

• Nation

Server Setup

• Clean guided /setup command.

• Configure the verified-player role.

• Configure the default nickname format.

• Separate /panel command for posting the verification panel.

Member Updates

• Members can manually refresh their roles with /verify or /update.

• Staff can refresh another members roles.

• Automatic periodic syncing keeps roles accurate when players change towns, nations, or ranks.

• New server members can be checked and updated automatically.
