Discore Official

Discore Official is a Discord bot built for strategy gaming communities, alliances, competitive teams, and organised servers that need powerful score tracking, clean admin tools, and structured community management.

Discore is currently still in development, but it is being built to become a full all-in-one system for communities that run competitions, alliances, teams, events, rankings, and long-term records.

What Discore Does

Discore helps Discord servers track and manage scores across users, roles, teams, and custom entries.

It is especially useful for gaming alliances and competitive communities where teams need to record:

• Wins
• Losses
• Points
• Team records
• Player records
• Role/team performance
• Long-term totals
• Archived seasons or events

Instead of using messy spreadsheets or pinned messages, Discore turns your scoreboards into live Discord embeds that can be updated, viewed, archived, merged, and managed directly through slash commands.

How Discore Scoreboards Work

Discore scoreboards can be created for different scoring styles.

You can create scoreboards that track:

• Win/Loss records
• Point totals

Each scoreboard can track different target types:

• Users — for individual player rankings
• Roles — for teams, units, squads, or alliance groups
• Custom Names — for anything that does not need to be linked to a Discord user or role

For example, a server could have:

• A team scoreboard using Discord roles
• A player leaderboard using Discord users
• A custom event board using custom names
• A totals board that combines multiple scoreboards together

Live Scoreboards

When a scoreboard is created, Discore can post a live scoreboard embed into a selected channel.

This live embed updates as scores change, so the server can always see the current rankings.

Live scoreboards can show:

• Team or player rankings
• Wins and losses
• Points
• Ratios
• Pages for larger boards
• Categories when scoreboards are merged
• Combined totals across categories

The goal is to keep everything visible, organised, and easy to understand.

Scoreboard Merge System

One of Discore’s biggest features is the merge system.

This allows a server to create a long-term totals scoreboard and merge other scoreboards into it.

Example:

A server has these live scoreboards:

• WW3 4x
• WW3 1x
• Supremacy 1914
• Call of War 1942

Then the server creates a totals scoreboard called:

• All Time Totals

Each scoreboard can be merged into the totals board.

Discore can automatically turn merged scoreboards into categories inside the totals board.

So the totals board can show:

• WW3 4x
• WW3 1x
• Supremacy 1914
• Call of War 1942

Each category keeps its own scores, but users can also view all scores combined.

Merge and Clear Scores

Discore can also merge a scoreboard into a totals board, then clear the original scoreboard while keeping it live.

This is useful for seasons, rounds, events, or recurring competitions.

Example:

A server has:

• Scoreboard A
• Scoreboard B
• Totals

The admin merges Scoreboard A into Totals and chooses:

Merge, clear scores, keep live

This means:

• The scores are copied into Totals
• Scoreboard A is cleared back to zero
• Scoreboard A stays live
• Its live embed updates to empty
• Scoreboard A can now be used again for the next round or season

Later, when Scoreboard A is merged again, Discore recognises it by its scoreboard ID and adds the new scores into the same category inside Totals instead of creating a duplicate category.

Archive System

Discore includes an archive system for scoreboards.

The archive system is designed to keep old scoreboards safe without cluttering the live scoreboard list.

The /archive command handles archive actions.

Archive actions include:

• Show archived scoreboards
• Archive a live scoreboard
• Restore an archived scoreboard
• Delete an archived scoreboard permanently
