A trap channel for suspicious activity

Decoy helps moderators turn a channel into a decoy / a honeypot. When an account posts in that channel, Decoy records the incident and takes the response/action selected for the server.

Choose how Decoy responds

• Start with log only, or choose a timeout, restricted role, softban, or ban.
• Configure one or multiple decoy channels and a private moderator log.
• Optionally include or forward the triggering message as evidence.
• Use the dashboard to review detections, appeals, audit history, and server activity.

You can also enable features such as daily decoy-channel name rotation and smart raid protection.

Get started: Add Decoy, choose your trap and log channels with /decoy config or the web dashboard, then run /decoy test to check the setup without taking a moderation action.

Real members can trigger a trap too. Choose a response that fits your community and review incidents when needed.
