Collect private player applications, accept, trial, hold, or decline applicants, invite known players directly, and keep one connected player record after acceptance.

Run club nights

Schedule play nights, training, and matchdays, collect RSVPs in Discord, create public Discord Events, and verify participation through selected Voice or Stage rooms.

Give the club a home

Every club workspace includes a mobile-ready website connected to the same squad, sessions, recruitment page, crest, colors, and story. Staff decide when it goes live.

Built for control

Clubs Manager responds to slash commands and configured club activity. It does not read ordinary conversation and never asks for Administrator, kick, ban, or timeout access. Manage Roles is a separate opt-in for beta Player-role automation.

After installing, run /setup to connect your Discord server to your club, then /help to see the commands available to you.
