What it does

Members send the bot a direct message. The bot opens a ticket in your staff inbox as a private thread or channel, and everything staff write back is delivered to the member's DMs. The member never sees who answered unless you want them to.

Works in as many servers as you like. If a member shares several servers with the bot, they pick which one to contact.

For staff

• Reply with /reply, or /areply to answer anonymously
• Reusable snippets for common answers
• Internal notes that the member never sees
• Assign tickets, set priority, add tags
• Edit or delete sent replies, move tickets between inboxes
• Block abusive users, with optional reason and expiry
• Full transcript posted to a log channel on close

For admins

• Set up in a minute with /setup, or from the web dashboard
• Ticket categories with their own inbox channels
• Custom greeting and close messages
• Working hours, auto-close, and anti-spam limits (ticket rate limit, minimum account age)
• Close tickets automatically when the member leaves
• Audit log of every admin action

Dashboard

Every server gets a web dashboard: live ticket view with replies, notes and assignments, ticket history, stats, and a full settings editor. Sign in with Discord; access follows your server's staff roles.

Getting started

1. Invite the bot
2. Run /setup inbox #channel, /setup addstaff @role, /setup enable
3. Tell your members to DM the bot
