Birthdayyyyys - The Discord Birthday Bot

Birthdayyyyys is a simple, user-friendly, and completely free Discord bot that is all about birthdays on your server!

What does the bot do?

The bot is designed to automatically celebrate birthdays on your Discord server. Every year on a member's birthday, the bot sends a lovely congratulatory message to a channel of your choice and can also generate a personalized birthday poster featuring the birthday person's picture.

How does it work?

1. Registering a birthday

Using the /birthday-set command, you can set your birthday. You can provide the following details:

• Birth month and day (required)
• Birth year (optional) - the bot will then automatically calculate your age
• Timezone (optional) - if you don't live in the "Europe/Berlin" timezone

2. Automatic wishes

On the respective birthday at 8 AM (or at a time configured by you), the bot sends a beautiful congratulatory message to the designated channel.

3. Birthday calendar

With the /birthday-list command, you can check at any time when the next birthdays are coming up on the server.

Special Features

Personalized birthday images
The bot can automatically generate a birthday banner featuring the profile picture and name of the birthday person. This is sent alongside the congratulatory message.

Birthday role
The server administrator can set up a birthday role that the birthday person automatically receives for 24 hours. After one day, the role is automatically removed.

Customizable messages
Congratulatory messages can be fully customized. The administrator can create different templates for members with and without age specifications, inserting variables such as the username or age.

Multilingual
The bot speaks German, English, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Czech.

For Server Admins

Server admins can configure the system using the /config command:

• Select the channel where birthday messages will be sent

• Set a birthday role

• Customize the message color

• Change the bot's language

• Set the notification time

• Set up a news channel to receive bot updates

• Enable or disable birthday images

With /config-test, admins can test their setup beforehand to ensure everything looks right.

In short: Birthdayyyyys is the perfect bot to make sure no birthday on your server goes unnoticed ever again!
