Better TTS is a TTS bot. Obviously! Okay okay. Here's the thing...

What does every other tts bot have?

A voice or two? Maybe a language option right? Or maybe they allow you to pick the channel to use, or how to read usernames... Thats cool! Butttt not quite what a proper community needs.
