Per-actor limits on channel deletes, role deletes, bans, kicks, webhook creates and privilege escalation. Trip one and that account is quarantined: roles stripped, stored, restored in one action.

A false positive costs minutes, not a rebuilt server. Config is owner-locked, so a rogue Manage Server account cannot switch it off.

/checklink reports "No known threat found at the time of this check" — never "safe".
