Why Ansy❓: We noticed that frequently, people in the communities ask questions that had already been answered, and the community moderator would have to take time to answer them again. To help with this, we created Ansy, a Discord bot that searches through the public channel's chat history and responds to questions based on previous discussions in the server. To use Ansy, simply mention the bot in your question or add a ❓reaction to a message.

Unexpected benefit 🙌 : During our private beta, we observed a surprising outcome: the use of Ansy led to a boost in community engagement! Users were pleased to receive immediate answers to their questions and as a result, they asked more questions, and became more active in the server. This Q&A also resulted in them getting a deeper understanding of the community / server.
